This is such a fun mini drop…

I started to play with watercolors (something I have been dreaming of doing for years) - I would start, stop, start again - wondering how I could incorporate it in with my jewelry. I must have been zoning out in boredom one day (I highly recommend doing that from time to time, truly gets the creative juices flowing) because the idea struck me that I can do whatever I want - I am my boss!

I reached out to a friend of over 20 years who is an amazing dyer of yarn, asking if she could dye yarn to match some paintings. I then went to my favorite bead supplier (with paintings in tow), and matched strands to create one of a kind pieces to match the watercolors.

Voila - three of my favorite mediums - watercolor, knitting and of course jewelry - to be shared with you!

All of the pieces in these collections are truly one of a kind. The watercolors are the original without any prints, the hand knit pieces use hand dyed yarn specifically to match the paintings, and the stringing are usually always one of kind, this time with some added funk.

With the collaboration of a couple exceptional woman - we created beauty.

And yes, I painted, knit and created all of the jewelry with my own hands.
